I did not realize I was holding in my chest and not allowing air travel to flow through. It hit me when we had to perform our monologues in acting class. The first time I performed the monologue something was just not right and I could actually feel it in my body. Wh at I did to correct the issue was the optima! l stance and I allowed the air to just flow. This actually calmed down my nerves and I was able to just be in the result. I felt up the air flowing through my body to produce sound. As a performer and a give instructioner this was an extremely wondrous moment for me.
